Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide however charges will be applied at checkout depending on the delivery address and country.
Can I change an order after I have placed it?
If you wish to change an order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
How do I exchange my product?
We are more than happy to exchange any of our gilets for free, as long as they have not been worn and are in a re-sellable condition with all labels and tags still attached.
To do so, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and reason for return. Once you've received a reply, please then repackage the gilet securely and send back to us at the address. The return of the gilet is your responsibility so we strongly suggest sending tracked postage to guarantee delivery. We say 14 working days to complete exchanges and send your new gilet back to you, however we aim to be faster than this.
I am missing / have an incorrect item in my order?
In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong order please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com to resolve the issue.
What is the Nattily Dressed returns policy?
Whilst we are sorry to hear you no longer want your gilet we will offer a full refund as long as the gilet is unworn / unused and in a re-sellable condition with all tags still attached. If you do not want to exchange for another size we can refund the cost of the gilet (but sadly cannot refund original and return postage costs) if you email us as soon as possible and we receive the gilet within 14 days of purchase.
What happens if I am not in to sign for my order?
Royal Mail will leave a collection slip with details of your nearest Post Office collection point.
