Our NATTILY gilets are designed for ultimate comfort and coziness with an adjustable waist system which tightens or loosens the fit as desired. The sizes are generous so if you like your gilet a little more fitted, we strongly suggest purchasing a size smaller than your usual dress size.
To guarantee receiving your gilet in time for Christmas in the UK, please note the last day to send orders out by UK first class shipping will be Wednesday 19th December 2018. For international orders, please order by Wednesday 12th December 2018.
After Christmas, if the gilet is the wrong size or colour, please email email@example.com to notify us as soon as possible and ensure the gilet is returned unworn and in a re-sellable condition with all tags attached. We can only offer a free exchange service to swap any unwanted gilets until Friday 18th January 2019.
Can I change an order after I have placed it?
If you wish to change an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
How do I exchange my product?
We are more than happy to exchange any of our gilets for free, as long as they have not been worn and are in a re-sellable condition with all labels and tags still attached.
To do so, please email email@example.com for a returns form. Please then print and complete the form, repackage the gilet securely with the completed returns slip and send back to us at the address. We say 14 working days to complete exchanges and send your new gilet back to you, however we aim to be faster than this.
I am missing / have an incorrect item in my order?
In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong order please contact us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
What is NATTILY’s returns policy?
Whilst we are sorry to hear you no longer want your gilet we will offer a full refund as long as the gilet is unworn / unused and in a re-sellable condition with all tags still attached. If you do not want to exchange for another size we can refund the cost of the gilet (but sadly cannot refund postage costs) if you email us as soon as possible and we receive the gilet within 14 days of purchase.
What happens if I am not in to sign for my order?
Royal Mail will leave a collection slip with details of your nearest Post Office collection point.
How do I care for my gilet?
Get the most from your gilet - NATTILY gilets are made from 95% polyester and 5% polyurethane. To make sure you are always nattily dressed to impress, please follow our recommended care instructions:
- Wash on warm wash with similar colours
- Tumble dry on low heat or lay out flat
- Do not leave to dry in the sun as this will fade the neon trim
- Always remove pom pom before washing
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
